Default Who saw the Laker > Celtic Game today???

Lakers 110 > Celtic 109 on Over Time at Last Minute by Odom Second Free Throw

Anyone else catch the game?? It was one of the most epic game EVER!!!!!!!! all the drama man! Both team are getting pissed and beefing at each other! Too intense of a game.. I was at Coconut Bay and they offer 2$ beer!

Kobe wasn't at his best in this game but the last couple 3 pointers really saved the game..

Garnett fouled out

Lakers needed a good win against the Celtics.. they were talking way too much crap

The last shot Kobe did at 24 seconds of 4th quarter was complete BS!!! Odom was right open next to him.. bah... That was intense.. I was so expecting him to make it... then the last 7 seconds till OT... phew..

and Fisher messed up major on last 3 seconds of over time!! Gave me a heart attack

I would honestly say that Garnett's foul out made it even. Or else it'll be very risky for the Lakers

Actually its very common in Basketball. Teammates do it all the time. Opponents do it to each other (usually more emphatically than among teammates) like in tonights game to show respect and acknowledgement for a hard fought play. Off court they are pretty good friends, just like Bryant and Pierce. But at the heat of the battle and playing in teams with decades of rivalry in their history, the moment overcame the situation and they reacted like that. I was also surprised on the double T that was given on Bryant and Rondo. Pierce came in later to disrupt the technical and Bryant and Pierce had a few words going back and forth. I know off season these guys are close because they play and host basketball clinics together here in Socal.

This was a great game, it had me on my toes most of the way. BTW, the Fisher foul was "Perfect." They had a foul to give and if he fouled any second later, it would have been a shooting foul because they had the ball behind the three point line and more than likely they were going to launch it. On the other hand, if they fouled too early (which I was hoping they wouldn't), there would be more time on the clock to reset. Anywho, great game, now its time to take out the King on Sunday's double header

celtics are going to miss pj brown and posey. pierce did a great job on Ding up kobe but he used up all his energy on the defensive end. he missed ft's and shots on offense. and big baby absolutely sucked. i dont think celtics are gonna come out of the east. its gonna be lakers v cavs finals 09!!!

Even in Michigan, I had to cheer for the Lakers. It was a great game.

yes but the fact the lakers were playing the celtics tough would have been good enough for me. i dont believe in moral victories but this one given the circumstances (2nd of a back to back, 3rd game in 4 nights, loss of bynum in the stretch) a close loss would have showed the lakers can be competitive in boston.

we were lucky to win that game. when you shoot 50% from the free throw line, you usually lose.

Still impressive to win in Boston without Bynum.

but great freaking game!!!!

As a celtics fan, I am worried about Bynum when we returns.
