If your bodyshop hasn't been able to find replacement parts in over months, it's time to change bodyshops...

Front clip usually means the portion from the dashboard to the front bumper.

He wrecked his car (front-end from what he's asking for) and needs to replace the majority of the front section. If he only needed a small clip, I doubt he would consider parting out his car. LoL

dude total the Fuc**** car please do that, First it's unsafe to drive second it's gonna walk all crab leg and what not. I'm not trying to be a dick but that is way to much effort if the car has been crashed! Tell ur insurance company that this is a complete loss and that u feel unsafe driving the car with a previously bent frame! my $0.02

good point... especially if you plan on tracking it... it the damage is already THAT BAD then it sounds like there is some potential frame damage already

POTENTIAL!!!!!!!!!! wtf is wrong with u!!!!!!! THE MOTHER FU**** NEEDS A WHOLE NEW FRONT CLIP! that is all frame that he is replaing everything front of the dashboard forward! attached is a picture of a front clip and u tell me that this is not all frame! cause it's gonna get welded back together and probably be all crooked and everything I would never EVER have this done to ANY vehicle EVER owned by me!

This whole piece of the car needs to be re-welded to the frame of the car which is gonna have to be re-cut and everything way to much work! I don't know how any insurance company would ever allow this to be a possible fix!

front clip isn't really that bad, car's frame is separated into 3 parts u can even buy everything from a dealer (would cost mucho $$$) front part of the frame welds to middle part and mid part weld to rear part 3 sections..and as long as the caster of the car is still okay in your alignment print out, then you can probably track with no problem..hope your body shop guys is good.

Note: if you do end up parting out your car, sell me your trunk shocks..mine are blown =(
