Then u shudda took the car back from the start... Tell them the issue is really bad in the morning and they will at least try and keep the car over night and see what's up the following day. That sounds like ur only hope

 

m0nkie just take it to the dealer and make them look at it like m6 said. it's still covered... part of the drivetrain. they should won up to it and fix the problem.

 

dude you'd be surprised on how the dealer don't do ****... I'll probably go back next week and tell them to leave it. First time I went, they tried it and said it was fine.. (car was probably warm enough) 2nd time, left it there almost all day and they said they were too busy... then they said just let the car warm and in time it'll go away.. wtf!

I'm gonna buy busher and see if that helps

bro this is what u have to do... Take it there... Drop is off... Tell them that u do NOT want them to start it till the following morning when YOU get there then you start it in front of them. You do NOT want to WAIT for the ****** thing to just "go away" cause by that time one of 2 things has already happened... 1- your warenty is up 2- there is already damage to the gears/syncros that will only get worse over time... You just need to DEMAND they fix the issue... This is WTF a warenty IS FOR. Lazy ******* at ur dealership need to get on the ball... I guess this is what u get for stepping away from Nissan

and m0nkie... yeah you don't want to let them not to crap... it might just be a syncro or cluth engagement issue. doesn't sounds like a hard fix, but i know how lazy some dealers can get. which one did you go to? the puente hills one? maybe try a different dealership? or just call corporate and bish at them about the dealership not wanting to do crap.
