Hmm interesting. - yea i gave it a little gas on venice/cochran yesterday morning and this cop literally jumps out of the bushes w/ his laser gun waving his hands in the middle of the street telling me to stop - I almost ran him over.
I like cops, just doing their job. Unfortunately it isn't to our liking sometimes. I hope you were just kidding about running him over

Firestone blvd. going south between studebaker road and imperial hwy. i was leaving McKenna (Downey?) heading south on firestone and saw biker cop on right hiding in the dark with radar gun. This was at night too! After i passed him there was another biker cop that pulled someone over in the gas station to the right.
Heres another i see quite often since its my route to work. Going south on bloomfiled from Alondra towards 166th. The last residential entrance before 166th to the right (i dont know the street name). I often see a biker cop sitting on the corner with radar gun. He's a Cerritos biker cop and he's asian... and once in awhile his biker buddy is with him. I hear he's not that nice unless you have big boobies falling out of control.
