Default offset/ wheel question

18x10+4 in the front
18x12+3 in the rear

will this work for our cars? asking for a good friend and hes on spring/ shock combo not coils, will he need to pull out fenders or any work?

thanks

those sound like some good wheels. i'm pretty sure there is a member in texas with a ls z running some work equips in those sizes. you'll find it in the stretch tire thread.

Pretty sure you're going to need to roll/cut your fenders and get a camber kit for such an aggressive setup especially with a 18X12 in the rear.

It will also depend on what size tire you're planning on running. That Z above is dropped really low and is running a stretch tire.

OP: there is a thread in the wheels for sale with some guy selling wheels with the same specs as you have questioned.

There are pictures showing how it looks when mounted and cambered in. Check it out, it is one of the first threads selling some HRE wheels. Good Luck.

I wonder what would happen if the owner of the orange Z added 25 mm spacers to the read. Probably even sexier haha

It's definitely going to need some gnarly camber (~-4 or so) and an aggressive fender roll and possible pull... IN FOR PIX!!!
