got camera ticket...need advice!
I think camera tickets are always full price. I think the city has to charge full price because they have contracts with the companys that own them and it costs the city monthy for film and upkeep. I have never heard of anyone getting a reduced fine. Also they have a video feed of the infraction wich can normaly be viewed online.
I'm not sure if you can contest it now that the judge has made his verdict. So i think your mom is stuck paying the 400.00 plus ticket.

The red light camera also captures video. I believe you can view a video online. The information is usually on the ticket. Red means stop. 3 seconds stop would probably look like rolling stop. I believe the ticket is at least $500 for running red light.
i ran on a red light and got a camera ticket.
it came about $500.
and ABSOLUTELY no deduction on camera ticket .period.
my insurance rate for next year went up $1000.
for one speeding, and this stupid camera ticket.
