forget Cali, why dont you move to Vegas? friendly people, street is safe and big, no strict laws for car like Cali, social and party atmosphere are lots better than LA! apartments are decent rate and weather is great all year except for the 3 summer months.

But Honestly your single I would just find a place near the beach. You won't regret it.

We have 4 movie theaters in like a 5 mile radius it's ridiculous. Also, you should check out Northridge. Very beautiful city, not much to do there but at least it's not super far from everything I just mentioned.

As far as roads go, honestly they're quite good. I haven't had much trouble with road conditions other than in the Pomona area (FUKING POT HOLES EVERYWHERE, SCREW POMONA). Be careful in the rain here, as there is absolutely no drainage. I highly recommend the Burbank/Glendale area. Check it out man, see what you think.
I daily my Z in Pomona everyday Southern Pomona has the worst roads, but hey it's LA county all the roads are fuc**d up...

Vegas is like a 3-4 hour drive from LA. You might as well reap the benefits of coastal living and come to Las Vegas when you're in the mood.

I know plenty of people who moved from Southern Cali to Vegas and they're doing great, but they've completely become jaded by the allure that got them there in the first place.

look into GARDEN GROVE / WESTMINSTER / FOUNTAIN VALLEY. rent is cheap in gg or westminster, lots of good areas in these two cities. fountain valley is close by, but a little more pricy...but definitely a good city to live in. these cities are less than 20 miles from the beach, about 30mins from LA. near schools/shopping centers/entertainments/and etc....

Huntington Beach is the beez neez if you ask me. Perfect weather, hot chicks, good bars on Main Street, affordable places. Im 23, live there and have a studio half mile from the beach and pay $875 w/ utilz included. Not to mention the large abundance of natural resources including the beach, clean air and big ***** xP

Its actually next to the above mentioned places, Fountain Valley which is pretty chill. I'd stay away from Garbage Grove and Westminster due to the crime rates and car theft, I know people will **** on my for that but just saying dog!
