Brakes and coils should keep you in street, unless i am missing something. 888's will move you to mod.

BBK's and 2-Way coils, as I read it the R888's would push me to Unlimited where I would probably get crushed. I'm looking for some used UTQG 140ish tires in 245(255)/35/18 if anybody has any laying around.

The coilovers will put you into modified, especially with R888's since they are under 140 treadwear (100 treadwear). As for brakes, as long as they're not BBK. If you have BBK, you're automatically in the modified group.

Did anybody else run the most recent event at SOW on the 15th? Please PM me your details so we can get your points in!

It's a surprise . If we get more participants, then I might get a bigger grand prize for the winner but we need more members to race! This points race is pathetic guys c'mon.

Now that's a better competition then we're used to!

Would the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place winners please PM me their info and what class they participated in so I can calculate points for the competition.

Anychance on changing the next round from july 10th to July 31st? Fontana Nissan is having thier anual meet on July 10th and I know alot of us are going to that. I thought July 31st since you guys already have and event that day on your website at Streets of Willow. Anyways just a thought.

Definetely a good event but agree that Z turnout was low. Oh well.

Did the car still run hot in the later sessions?

You'd be surprised about the number of Z's that have attended Jason. When I see more than 4, I'm thrilled!
The date for July 10th is for Buttonwillow, so even if it is replaced by the 31st it makes no sense to replace it with SOW. It's the event in the series at buttonwillow, so you have to decide which is more important.

Agree that 4 or 5 seems to be a crowd these days...just was hoping for a bit more (as I know you were too).

Been debating Buttonwillow...prefer racing to a meet, but Fonatana's meet is pretty good and racing budget is a bit low so will just have to see.

Fontana Nissan does a lot for us in the racing community, going to have to support their meet.

Was running into overheating problems all day, working on the car a little when i get home from work. Need to figure this out. Pretty much could only run a 8/10's all day, but i had fun.

My car was getting pretty hot in the afternoon sessions too, I was wondering if the wind had anything to do with it?

Had a good time out there. Willow was not an easy track for me to learn in one day but I was starting to get it. Still am just guessing on where to point my car into turn 9, haha.

Good to meet a couple 350z guys and hope to get out to more. I'm looking forward to BW a track I know well, but sounds like the turn out won't be too good.

I was only there on Sunday and I did ok...was shooting to get to the low 1:36:xxx range but couldn't get faster than a 1:37:397. Faster than last time I was there by about 1/2 second but still need to gain some time.

Let me know if you want to try the radiator swap. I can always ship you the Mishimoto to try.
