That video says it's private, so I can't see it. But ya, the cheaper the Z gets, the more ricers there will be. And you can pick one up for pretty cheap these days.

I would have to agree with you OP, I was thinking the same thing the other day when the high school/college kid beside me was killing his Z's transmission so everyone could hear his shitty sounding exhaust. Not to mention, he was damm near running everyone off of the road with his lack of driving skills.

Took the words right out of my mouth,

This is why I sometimes question keeping the 350 and going to a 370, or going to an entirely different platform

But at the end, I'm too attatch to my Z

I agree, there's tons of young immature people in Nissans, not just Z's these days. Even on the forums you see lots of attitude and BS by these people. Kinda makes me glad to be done with my Z and moved on.

But then again, even with all that, I still feel pulled to wanting to do another Z build... (sigh)

While I hear ya on the sentiments, kids are f'n kids...its what they do, and what most of us did, the cars were just diff...lol, I used to beat the **** out of my probe GT like it was bad azz...of course, I bought my own car...not like most in my HS drivig rents mercs and vettes or whatev like it was their own...however, the sight of the kid senior year who wrapped the new 03 vette around the lightpost doing burnouts made it worth while!

As more and more kids get Z's, mine is becoming more and more a dedicated race car. All good.

I guess the flip side is, more inexperienced drivers getting in Z's and destroying them or themselves. Much later, these cars will be an uncommon sight, rather than common.

This is one of the few reasons why I got rid of my z. I didn't want to be lumped into the same category as those kids. I miss the car, but I'm glad I sold it.

FYI the video he posted is of a Civic doing a stupid maneuver in front of a cop at the M&M Donuts meet. You guys are jumping the gun commenting about a Z.

I have never seen an issue with someone in a Z doing something stupid at a meet it's normally the Scions who are the clowns.

Scions!!!! Omfg every day some stupid scion tries to race me ... Arghhh... Lol

Waizz some of us bbt even see the video, but c'mon bro, you have to have seen some stupid A$$ Z owners, especially now that the value has gone down,

Most of us are just expressing how we Miss how it was before, shii I remember when when I first got my z , I would NEVER see another z around ...... And when I did, the driver (young or old) wasn't a douche lol... Didn't try to race, didn't try to rev, just waved and gave thumbs up, asked questions on a red light, lol, FKN SMiLEd! Lol

Now I just see some stuck up a$$ owners that think there **** don't stink, giving fast and the furious faces...

But like alot of members said, most of them end up crashing, or lose there car bc the can't make payments, or (lol forgot one) find out how expensive it is to mod the Z! So they chep out and now we have rives out Z's

Man I hate to say it but some "paper tag" Z's just dont appreciate the car. I think I've been tried by every Acura/Honda (exclude S2000's) in Miami. I've only had the Z for about 3 yrs and I'm still a Z noob too, but I'm also 28yrs old.

The main reason I sold my Z. Teens acting stupid with them and I didn't feel unique anymore now that every corner I turned, I saw a Z. 5 or 6 months after I sold the Z, I found a car that brought back the joy of having something different where and set apart from the rest of the crowd... an FD RX7

Couldn't see the vimeo vid.... is it the same as this one by any chance?
