I've gotten out of a ticket doing 75+ in a 55 he just went back checked my record (clean except for one ticket when I was sixteen, now 27) and came back and said I see you have a clean record, lets try and keep it that way and I was on my way. I think getting a ticket has everything to do with your previous record.

what size wheels and tires do you have?

if you have 19" wheels, most likely you have the wrong tire size in the back and your speedo is wrong too...

You don't seem too bright judging from your comments in this thread. You broke the law and now you have to pay the consequences. I don't see what's so hard to understand about that.

 

If 5 people murdered 5 people and you got caught... would you use the defense "everyone else was doing it"

postpone then postpone again... then trial by declaration and hope the officer forgets about the whole thing or just doesn't want to do the paperwork.
