Default Z Rear Ended =( Need Body Shop

I just got back from the gym tonight and as I pull in my driveway, park and get out... Then I do the usual 'looking aroung at the Z' glance, I see that it's been hit the f&*ker didn't leave his number or anything! But anyways... He'll get his.

I got hit right under the Right Turn Signal below the gas cap. Well I popped the bumper back out and smuged the black paint off from from the bumper and cleaned it up. But now my rear side is really bad. It's not smooth anymore. It cracked and needs to be fixed.

*Can't find camera to show pics *

Any recomendation here in SoCal? My deductible is $500. And I don't think it will be that much. It's just an eye soar.

Well if you want it to be covered by insurance, and since your deductible is 500, I suggest you take it to the most expensive shop in town. Wetworks and mobworks should be pretty expensive.

Hmmm. Good thinking, but I'm trying to avoid my insurance. I'm afraid that they will increase my payments. And look at me as a higher risk. I'll sit on this. Anyone know if they so infact increase the cost of insurance casue of this.

<<<never been in accident before.

You might try McCurdy's in Pasadena. They've done work on one of my cars and those of several of my friends and relatives. Ask for Bill.

Autocraft in Torrance also does great work. They've fixed my Eclipse and GMC Dually.

Sorry to hear this Illestjr

It's time to install a bumper from one of the body kits avail. Veilside 3 bumper is in the$ 700 range not including painting or install At least you'll have a different look. Think about it...

Not the cheapest, but our body shop (about a block from my store) does awesome work. We have had several Forum members cars from mild to major damage have repairs done there and everyone has caslled me to say how happy they were. Also I can monitor the job and handle any back ordered parts as well. Call me, Jason or Jenny and we'll hook you up!!!

I'll try the shop you are talking about on Wednesday, next week.

I'll be getting an S-Tune w/ sways and an RSR exhaust installed with you guys. Worked it our with Jason. I'll get directions then.

If not then, I'll try the shop in Pasadena. Just minor damage, but it's hard to look at.

Well I think I'm going to get a lip and fix my Z's bruise when I take it to get painted and maybe fix those license plate holes too. I won't feel as bad when I think of it that way. But hopefully those TE-37's come through quick.

If you are still looking for shops in pasadena area. I had good experience with Marco's Autobody in San Gabriel (but they are expensive...).

I would stay away from Holme's bodyshop in Alhambra, they cut corners in repair jobs.(from personal experience)

BTW, I am looking for a reputable shop to fix my right rear fender in San Diego. Any suggestions?

I went to the body shop recommended by Jeff and Performance and they did a superb job... not the cheapest, but also definitely not the most expensive I've seen. they even painted my engine covers for $100 which was better than any price I saw on this forum. they also installed Ares's sidemarkers for free. and Jeff really will follow up and even PHYSICALLY check on your car... he's that good.

Hey Jeff,
Where are these guys actually located? Can I just ask for them at Perfromance Nissan and they will know what I'm talking about?

Marco at San Gabriel is very very good. Their job is incredible. All my friends and I go to Marco if..... insuracne pay for it, if $$ out form out pocket, forget about it. Their price is ridiculous.
