i was there. but im not there anymore. walked around. got in car. car didnt like idling for a second. died. started back up. left. seems like its getting bigger in popularity. hopefully it keeps getting bigger. maybe the scene in SD is getting back to where it used to be. anybody remember the saturday night Vons parking lot meet on clairemont mesa blvd back in the day?

I took it to Mossy over here at Kearny Mesa. They wouldn't do it because of "clutch being wear and tear" but I bought used certified (from another Nissan dealer) and in 5 months, clutch gone already

But I spoke to some of legal boys and my oh my did I find something MAJOR. Essentially, they lied and did not sell me a certified used... in fact...the VERY problem I have with my car, it was the only part they somehow "forgot" to check on the certified used sheet. I called corporate and boy oh boy did the mood of the conversation changed.

 

Sounds like the ball is bouncin back into your court. Congrats on buying a "mostly certified" used car!!! I hope all works out for you so you can make it to the next meet

pffttt... Yea i took your spot once you left. we had a good lil line up going two nismo Z's then mine and my friend Miles redline and a pearl white Z at the end of the line haha.

I was chilling with some friends they brought out their Terminator E85 mustang and the other guy brought out his twin turbo z06 vette.

Oh nice! We need to plan ahead and park together! I always cut outta work early to go but ima have 2 classes in house rather than just one so maybe not. Play it by ear I guess

 

Funny you mention this footlong. I was just thinking about the Saturday night meets back in the day at the Von's parking lot, those were good times and definitely great turn outs. Not sure what happened to the SD scene, definitely not the same anymore, especially compared to the way the guys up north do it... Might have to roll to this particular meet one of these days and see what's good.
