I getting really tired for waiting the Nismo spoiler. They keep delay and delay again. Is anyone pick up a replica installed in L.A. area? I know Jeff@Performance Nissan selling Nismo replica for $270 ($250 +tax). Has anyone try those local ebay sellers yet? I have an offer for $130 ($120 +tax). I donˇ¦t which one should I go for. The worst thing is I could not tell the quality from both on them. Of course I would like to paid less (who doesnˇ¦t?) and I know I get what I paid for too. So my question is where did you get your Nismo spoiler and did anyone got it off ebay and pick up at their warehouse/store? Thanks.

 

I got it from like Red Dog motorsports, and it came in 2 days shipped to my door. $129 + tax and shipping, fits perfectly. If you live close, just have performance do it up for ya tho, cuz you're guarenteed fitment etc...

all_bark, actually I called Red Dog motorsports 2weeks ago. Yes, we could pick up the spoiler at their warehouse/store for the $150 (auction price + tas and $10 handelling fee). But the point is I don't know how is the quality and fittment.

We would be more than happy to install it for you. Service charges $200.00 labor so you may want to check around. As far as paint goes, it really depends on the wing quality. It will cost between $250 and $300. Some of these wings are such bad quality that our body shop has had to split the seam of the top wings and rebond them. We would need to have our shop see the wing before any quotes can be given. Please check around as I can control parts prices for you guys and get you discounts on labor, but paint work is another deal.

 

Jeff, what would the total be for your wing, paint (CS) and install if I drive my car up there? Can you paint it ahead of time so I can get it done in one day?

 

I tried contacting RED DOG on Saturday (left message) and then again two or three times yesterday when I was in LA picking up the veilside lip (at veilside) and nismo s tune and sways at Performance.

I wanted to drive to their shop and pick up one of their nismo replicas.

Red Dog did not pick up the phone or even call me back ALL DAY.

I would be leary buying a product from someone who wont even answer their dam phones EVEN TO SELL PRODUCTS!!!!

How bad would it be if you had any problems with it?

So I paid a little extra and got mine from performance which I have been promised is mUCH BETTer that any other replicas in its ability to take paint and stay looking new for a while. (I guess I will find out on that one!)

MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM REDDOG.
