having carbon hood is not illegal. They can pull you over if they think that you have some illegal mods. and people with carbon hood tend to have illegal mods from what he told me.

Hooray for profiling!

I've had that happen to me many times. Glad I have a clean record...or had one...

Today, I went down the same street that I got the ticket on. I was in my daily this time (going the speed limit!) and I saw two other people get pulled over within 5 seconds of each other. I guess they're just patrolling certain streets.

You can thank the two wheel idiots with their GoPro video cameras for the extra CHP that will be in force this weekend at the Crest. There was a news article on the 11:00PM channel 4 news that showed a You tube video of some bikers on the crest and this particular two wheeled idiot crossed the double yellow almost side swiping the oncoming car, and then proceeded to cut in front of the next oncoming car and somejhow survived by getting to the shoulder side of the lane of the opposing traffic. And then the idiots are stupid enough to post it on You tube for all the CHP and Police to view. Another example of morons wasting good air and bringing out the law. I'm not getting down on all bikers, hell I'm one, just commenting on the idiot/morons who think their Ricky Racer and think they have something to prove in the twisites.

Fight the speeding ticket. There's no way he can say you were going that fast just by catching a glimpse of you while you were writing another ticket. The license plate ticket, just pay that one.

I just got a ticket thrown out yesterday in AZ

That's what I was thinking too!

Wasn't there a law suit where two cops were suing a PD for enforcing a quota? I read that somewhere a few months back.

@Kraize05_Z: I'll definitely get one if I win the fight. If not, it'll be a little while before I can fork out the cash for one!

Hopefully someone who uses the Valentine V1 can chime in.

@Wais: At least he's using his turn signal!

Wow, I hadn't heard about that... After alllll these years of police denying that quotas even exist?
