Tint I think can be signed off by any officer and I think for the exhaust you are required to go to state ref. Let us know how it goes in court. Hopefully they dismiss the citation for you. Good luck!

If you go to a police station they will usually charge you, hella lame. Got to CHP office for the tint and it is 99% free most of the time. That is what I did. As far as the exhaust goes good luck

wow sounds like he was really hurting to make his quota. I cant stand the CHP. Biggest joke in all law enforcement. Sorry to hear, I havent been pulled over yet for my exhaust, its stock but has a space before the resonator so the exhaust gas dumps early and sounds waaaaay better. I have noticed though since the past week or 2, there have been like 5 times as many police in general out. A lot on the 15 and 10 freeway mainly.
