Default Krispy Kreme Tuesday Burbank The Last Exile 8/13

Saw this on another forum, just wondering if anyone was going? Looks like it's going to be good?

I might go.
I've just heard stories about this meet.
Like it gets busted up quickly and that cops hand out tickets like candy.

That's what I was wondering? Never been, but heard it's the last one.

They always say "its the last one". The meet is horrible. A lot of chaos, disorganized, and people who just want to rev and rev and rev. Nevertheless, it is a good show. By good show I mean its funny to see 1 out of every 30 cars you see there is worth looking at. usually draws over 500 people and causes mass overflow to carious parking lots around the area. I believe last time it was over 1000 attendees.

Does look like fun though lol! The car scene isn't what it used to be, but I like how this brings everyone together.

yea it is a hit or miss... you'll for sure get those noobs that will always ruin the meet, and the true car enthusiasts who are just trying to enjoy it but get dogged on because they got profiled by coppers.
I mean id honestly love to go. But i will admit I am scared of the popo's hahaha so I am currently a big I don't think so for now. hahahaha
they cant even bribe me with free donuts on this one... haha

but then the cops did report that they will only be there to actually give justice to where it is due. There was a report somewhere where the chief or something said that they will allow this to happen due to a raise in business for the local stores and what not. So maybe this time around it won't be too crazy...

I'm buying something from bestbuy and some food if there's enough time. I'm not really worried about getting pulled over anyway. Me and a few friends are going to caravan up there here shortly.

Its a huge meet, but as it was mentioned its a **** show sometimes.
If I was going, I would park by one of the restaurants, that way if there are cops busting you can just say you were eating and show a receipt.

Here is a video I made of the meet, last time

I was there. An e36 M3 we rolled with got a no plate ticket. Other than that the meet was not bad this time around. Cops actually had a strong presence and only hassled those acting dumb. There were a lot of interview going on. Car wise it wasn't too interesting. The ratio went 75% ricer-stance, 10% nice stance, 10% nicely done, then 5% exotic-ish.

I couldn't get into the lot, ended up gathering with a few people here and there.
Sad, I guess the city didn't want the business to make any money

I think there should be a KK meet everyday of the week, until we exhaust the cops......buuuuut of course then that means we'll be like please officer don't give me a no front plate ticket
