I used Scott Bush, owner for Relentless Auto. It's not an actual shop per/say but he does it as a side job to his racing career. Does good work at a good price, and is flexible on schedule.

Pann Auto had some pretty sweet cars built there. I don't know what you're looking for, but they could probably do it. I THINK they were decently priced too.
