So Cal Moderator for this forum????
hey you all.
I would like to suggest that we get a So Cal Board Moderator since we have had some events recently.
I would like to ask for nomination for someone who is always on the board and is level headed most of the time.
Also it's not going to be a single mod... I would suggest two people we all have bad days.
here are my suggestions:
BullishZ
bobowah
hfm
callmeaflirt
El Diablo
Tom Jones
Sho-Time
Luv-Mntrl
When we get enough people suggested I will do a poll and present it to the site administrator/moderators.

I think BullishZ is overly sensitive, reacts harshly to criticism, and in general just basically alienates people.
Perfect qualifications for a forum moderator IMO.

Why is it again that we need another moderator on the forum?
Oh yeah.. To close threads that get controversial, because we lack the ability to resist posting negative comments about people.
I don't think we need another moderator. The ones we have are a message away if something worthy of needing a moderator to get involved is required.
Personally, I don't think there was valid reason to close the 'other thread'. While I didn't particularly care to read the tone of that thread.....(oh heck...who am I kidding...I enjoyed learning about certain idiosyncrasies from that thread) I didn't think it warranted closing. Maybe the 'off-topic' forum has dulled my senses somewhat.

I think everyone should be a moderator. A well-moderated society is a polite society 
I've been sticking and unsticking all these meets for the last few weeks, but that's easy when people put dates in the topic names. Other than that I can't even tell when you're all fighting or joking.

LOL j/k. On many recent occasions, I have wanted to openly say what I thought but didn't, due to being new & Canadian (as I have been told to go back home on different occasions already). I also enjoy speaking my mind diplomatically, while trying hard not to offend people. Sometimes it's hard to hold back though, but I do.
So, if ou need someone I am willing, but don't know if I would be the best choice. Tom would be, and so would Dan, but you know how he feels. Keep us posted....

I had pushed for a So Cal moderator in the past... it seems like now would be a great time to get someone voted on.
