Well guys, my G is now out of action. After a phenominal day at Laguna Seca, and not keeping track of my oil level. My engine siezed on the last session for the day. Two laps later a Corvette Z06 lost it, and hit a wall just about 50 yards behind me. Now I'm going to have to get a new motor for the car, and until then I'll be driving that cool black Beetle. See you guys at the next GTG.

Ray

I'm going to try and make it. One of the guys there said he happens to have an extra motor that he'll sell me for a good price. Then I'll just have to find a good place to do the install, and hopefully not too expensive. And I don't think my wife will go for a build up on the new motor. Especially if I'm going to be getting the SRT-8 Magnum in a couple more months. We'll see what happens until then.

Every Tuesday night starting from around 7:00pm at the parking lot of Fusion cafe (on Clairemont Mesa Blvd)...there used to be an exclusive Z/G GTG at the Sears parking lot on Clairemont/Convoy right before 7, but I think that it's pretty much dead.

Fellas, need to replace my front and rear pads. Any suggestions? Looking for better bite and of course, less dust.
-Project Mu (B Force or NS)
-Nismo
-Axxis Ultimates
-Hawk HPS (maybe not...saw Chad's post on these)

Can't speak for the others but I've got the Hawk's on my car. They worked great at the track. As for the street, I think they need to warm up a bit. The dust is better than the OEM brembo pads. I hear good things about Project Mu pads.
You rolling tomorrow Fred? I actually went bodyboarding on Sun and found a year round checkered flag spot in Mission Beach. I had a bunch of head high waves to myself.
