It was nice meeting those of you I had never met before. Great run, except for that damn Jetta!!!

Anyways, I started a thread on the topic I brought up at lunch. The painball/canyon run. Here's the link.

https://my350z.com/forum/showthr...&threadid=80748

Pass the word, and let's see who is interested.

No, I don't always get lost.....just sometimes left back. I rather leave everyone ahead to enjy themselves, and not hold others back due to me not wanting to speed as much as others may. So being last in line, I sometimes can't catch up, and don't know where everyone has gone to.

Anyway, will stick to smaller runs from now on. Too frustrating, and taking much of the fun out of it for me.

Thanx Dan and TJ. Will keep that in mind for next time, but won't feel comfortable being in front of either of you, not wanting to hold you back. We'll see for next time......thanx guys!

We got a sheet for the run, but nothing for the resto. Anyway, no biggie. But smaller runs are better for me from now on. With you leaving soon, hopefully someone else will set up some runs from time to time. Thanx again Pat,
Jen

Jen I always hold back to wait for you. I got off at the wrong stop also but quickly got back on the expressway. I hope you do join us for the other runs. We need to exchange cell #'s since no one had your number.

Jen,
Soo sorry you got lost. I will personally be in your rear view mirror on our next run. That way you won't get lost and if you do we will be lost together. I know its no fun getting lost. I do agree though, smaller groops is funner an easier to stay together than these big group runs.

HAHAHA Got lost but still had a blast.

The main group was so far ahead I didnt know which way to go
I made a right at the stop sign instead of the left.

Me Amycroft and DB Z were having our own mini-run

we were Zooming for about 5 or so miles before we turned around.

Figured I'd never catch up so I cruised a little with my brother in-law. He had to catch a flight so we had split early.

Opened up my Z big-time on those roads. Awesome.
Great seeing everyone and catch everyone next time.

Glad even most that got lost had a good time

Things to do next time

1) Split into smaller groups
2) Make sure everyone knows the route
3) Have the name and phone number of the restaurant on the direction sheet
4) I would have put down cell phone numbers as #4 but in the canyons they probably wouldn't work anyway
5) watch more closely for sleeping Sherifs

I might be able to get in one more run in before I hit the road so hope to see you all out there again soon

Great meeting all the new faces

Be safe
