Alright everyone. We are confirmed at AEBS for Aug 28 Sat. We need to have at least 10 people pre-pay on Aug 27 the Friday before. We can start early am. he was saying 7-8 ish. I can call and let him know EXACTLY what time we are going to start. I will of course be the first one there and the last to dyno (old USMC attitude) so whats time is early enough for you guys?

I prefer a not-so-early start time (not a morning person).
So to clarify, we get 3 pulls for $50? And they will allow time btwn pulls for tuning/parts?

Its 3 pulls for $70 with cool down time between pulls to make quick adjustments. Not EVERYONE has to be there at the crack of dawn but at least a couple people should be so we are not wasting too muuch time in the morning. AEBS is off of Miramar road. Address: 8270 Miramar Rd. San Diego, CA 92126

I'm going to bring an Excel Spreadsheet printout with me to record everyones dyno like gq_626 did for theirs. Since I'm prolly going to dyno my truck (LMFAO about that still) I'm going to bring as many tools as I can fit in the bed including breaker bars, etc so we can do that blower pulley and help if anybody needs it. Like I said I'll be there as early as I can

I will be there at 8:00 am. Sorry, no shot by 7:00 am...

Also, maybe one person could be responsible and collect the money prior to the 28th so each of us do not need to go by the shop? I do not want to volunteer anybody....hahahaha....but I would be trusting enough to give my 70 bucks to our "representative" at the Tues GTG...

I'll collect the money for everyone on that tuesday at the gtg. I'm trustworthy (I think). I will go up to the shop on that thursday and give them the money. Is it cool if I collect? (mmmmm...mod money!)

thats works for me...Even though I would never do anything worng with it I would feel REALLY uncomfortable holding everyones cash. I'll CrazeD as well to let him know to either drop it off himself that Friday or meet us on one of the Tues GTGs

BTW keep in mind that you do not HAVE to have it until that Friday. I'm going to call AEBS and see if people can pay for it via CC prior to the event if they want. Some people may want to do that as well.

Ok so update time. I just called AEBS back. They said we can pay however. Cash, check, CC, whatever as long as we have 10 people paid on Friday. Now as for the time to start. I talked to the guy who is actually going to be running the dyno that day and he wants to start at 10:00 am that Sat. How is that for everyone? Let me know ASAP if that is going to conflict so I can call him and tell him whats up.

Pann wanted all of the money the week prior to the dyno day ($500) Not everyone could pay that far up front plus is someone had to drop out at the last minute and need their money back we would have to scramble to get someone else to pay up front. If you are willing to pay a week in advance on a CC or something and trust us to give you the money then we can still do Pann. I know I get paid Fri the 27 so thats when I'm going to pay AEBS. Plus AEBS will let you pay whenever up to that day before with cash, check, CC whatever and they give us a little time between pulls to tweek stuff. Its been a while since I played with Nitrous but I imagine you could swap jets in the time they give us if you so desired. The majority of the people preferred AEBS due to payment process and time for changes. I really am trying to make everyone happy here. If there is something I'm overlooking that would make Pann more viable please let me know.

Not even. Its all bout the benjamins. And Pann is more centrally located. May i suggest that you ask aebs to give it to us for $50, and ask pann to accept pymt the friday before, and see what they say (make them compete for our $)?

FWIW, I agree. BTW, since the site has been down for a few days, any updates?
