I would definitely consider the drive up to Street Image. Jeff and his crew recently installed a set of Tein S-tech springs on my 03, and the change in ride is better than I expected. Great prices, professional job and attitude, and nice guys as well.

In orange county....I know a place that you can go to.....Discount Tire centers on Warner Ave. Cross street is Beach. 405 and exit beach....make a right and continue until warner make a right...its on your left....Do a great job and also do a lot of tuning there. I got mine installed there
Guys,
I have never lowered my car before. But i remember in the old days when my brother lowered his car using the welding technique (shrink the spring), the car was like ****.
What are the pros and cons of using the current available springs for lowering of the car? Worn out tire easily? what else?
Thanks,
Tony

I must say, I can't give anything other than a positive feedback for these guys, the springs have finally set in place, and the ride is a lot better. Thanks Jeff!

Gents,
For any Z owner interested in qualified, quality suspension work, please contact Pat Soffe at PSR Performance Group in Wildomar (off the I-15, Bundy Canyon exit Temecula Valley area). His contact number is (951) 471-8609. He just finished installing a set of the brand new Tokico 16-way adjustables with the Eibach Pro-kit springs in Roger Wright's (anyone2u) 350Z.
Pat's background was a 10 year stinch as R&D technician at Eibach Springs then he moved on to Hyperco, a company that distributes springs to NASCAR and now he owns PSR. At PSR he fabricates SCCA spec rollcages and does full-time R&D for German spring manufacturer Vogtland.
He knows these cars inside out. I personally have worked with Pat on several project vehicles over the years and he is meticulous! I recommend you give him a call to discuss your needs.

you are right the "correct" way to remove your stock springs is with a Spring compressor, but not a lot of shops have that tool.
Street Image take the utmost care in removing/installing your parts. So we have a spring compressor at our shop to remove your stock springs.
A lot of shops will just eject the spring using a wall to hold the shock on one side and an air wrench to get the top off and let the spring fly... It's soo dangerous.... doing it that way.
