I was checking the inboard clearance of my new wheel and tire setup. I was surprised by this photo ...



As you can see -- there is a rivot or screw very close to my sidewall. I want to dremmel the purtruding portion off. I have the jack, dremmel and all necessary tools to do the job. However, I live in a condo and do not have a power outlet to plug my dremmel into. Can anyone spare a few momments of garage time to I can get this issue fixed?
