Default RS*R springs, Eibach Pro springs, TC Kline shocks and Bilstein shocks

If you need a set of RS*R Ti2000 springs, I have a set to sell. They are like new. I tried them on my 2004.5 350z. The RS*R springs lower the car by 5/8 inches (.6 inches). The rear rating is 417 pounds and the fronts are 345 pounds. They are linear springs. I only had them on my car for about 200 miles. I am selling the RS*R springs for $225.

I also have a set of Eibach Pro springs which lower the car by 1 inch. They are like new (only had them on my car for about 3 weeks)

I also have a set of Bilstein B6 shocks front (struts) and rear for the 350Z. They are like new. These high quality shocks work well with stock/OEM, RS*R Ti2000 or Eibach Pro springs.

The shocks are very high quality and standard prices for the Bilstein shocks go anywhere from $927 to 1,060. I am selling them for $775.

TC Kline's dual adjustable struts and shocks are valved for Nismo T2 springs (690/690). I have a like new set that I tried for a short time with the OEM springs and RSR springs. But they are not a good match for these springs. You need the Nismo springs. I can sell these like new TC Kline dual adjustable struts and shocks (LP is $1,500) I am selling them for $800.

Best regards,
ZROCM

scratch that... sportlines are 1.2, and the pros are 1.0 like you said.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. They are the Pro-kit which for the 350z lowers the car by 1 inch. My understanding is the Sportlines lower the car more.

About 200 miles. They have a real nice ride. Much better control then OEM shocks and not as stiff as Koni yellow dampers. I probably should keep them, but I have a bad / strong urge to go to coilovers. Anyway, they are basically new. If you have ridden in a BMW 335i, then you'll know what I mean. Nice ride, but firm and better control. I think they work well with OEM springs, the RS*R Ti2000 springs as well as the Eibach Pro springs. They may not work as well with Eibach Sportline springs, but I'm not sure.

Have you noticed any difference in height, if we compare the following combinations: OEM shock/RS*R Ti2000 springs and Bilstein shocks/RS*R Ti2000 springs (interest mainly to the front side)?

I did not see any difference in height. I did notice though that the higher quality Bilstein shocks were firmer / provided more control over bumps and in the turns.

Default New price on the Bilstein B6 and TC Kline shocks

The Eibach Pro springs have been sold.

I still have a set of Bilstein B6 shocks front (struts) and rear for the 350Z. They are like new. These high quality shocks work well with stock/OEM, RS*R Ti2000 or Eibach Pro springs.

The shocks are very high quality and standard prices for the Bilstein shocks go anywhere from $927 to 1,060. I am now selling them for $750.

I also have a set of TC Kline dual adjustable struts and shocks that are valved for Nismo T2 springs (690/690). They are like new. I tried them for a short time with the OEM springs and RSR springs. But they are not a good match for these springs. You need the Nismo springs or something like them. These like new TC Kline dual adjustable struts and shocks have a LP of $1,500. I am now selling them for $750.

Which did you prefer more, the blisteins, or the TC's? Both are wonderfully priced and am looking for a new suspension set up. Pros and cons on each?

Well the Bilsteins worked best for lighter spring rates, such as the stock/OEM and RS*R Ti2000 springs. They are firmer than the OEM shocks - provided better cornering and better stability over road bumps as compared to OEM shocks. A stiffer ride on the city streets as compared to the OEM shocks, but still a nice sporty ride.

The TC Klines offer a wide range of dual adjustability for rebound and damping. But I found that you will need higher rated springs like the Nismo T2 springs (690/690) for a good match. I found that they were too stiff for the city streets with the RS*R Ti2000 springs or OEM springs - basically not a good match for lower rated spring rates. But wow, you can sure take the turns quickly.

The TC Kline shocks are made by Koni by which they valved them spcifically for TC Kline Racing who was racing 350Zs. They are valved for Nismo T2 springs (690 pound rates front and rear). Note, TC Kline is no longer racing the Z, but only BMWs now.

You should find comments about TC Kline shocks on the my350Z forum. They are a high quality shock. They just need to be paired with springs which have a higher spring rate as compared to the OEM springs.

Here's some more info from another Z owner on this forum about the Bilstein shocks:

They are noticeably stiffer than stock when cornering, but absorb bumps much better compared to OEM. They also feel more consistent on rougher roads.

What makes them different is that they are monotube shocks. I love the rebound characteristics of the Bilsteins than any other shocks on the market.

I have used Koni and Tokico D-specs (on other applications) and Bilsteins (for the Z) are much more refined.
