Are the tires dressed or painted?

Your first post says they will be matte black, but that's gloss. Also, like mentioned before, it looks like you sprayed them with the tires on and also painted the sidewalls.

Looks like the wheels were ruined...shame you just dropped the value probably 50+%.

 

they are painted matte black. tires have no air in them with the side bead off the rim. when i put air in them the tires will expand and paint will just come off. ive done this more than once. and the are sprayed with a paint gun

 

I am interested but you really did just de-value the rims bud and I have MATTE Enkei RPF1 currently and the finish is not MATTE Black...thats gloss black. You can also get these brand new for your posted price shipped of 1k without tires..I know because I got my Matte Black RPF1 for that price shipped.
