My 04 tires are feathering (15k miles)

has anyone had any luck with any dealers in the DFW area as far as getting free tires and alignments?

I got mine at Trophy and they said I had to pay for new set of tires. Daymn..

The manual states that there is no warranty for tires with over 12k miles on them. The first dealership I took my car to said that the 04s had no problems with tire feathering. Well, I think it is obvious that there is! So, I took mine to the dealership I bought the car from and they gave me 2 new tires, free. Of course, my car had only 10k miles. Good luck!

 

i hope this is not a stupid question but I just got my car 2 weeks ago and I have heard about tire feathering, what is it??????

mine was at 9k ... zspeed1 you need to do a search .. there are many post in this forumn about tire feathering.

Don Davis Nissan Arlington did a free front end allignment today on the Redline, We were hearing the tire roar with no feathering yet but they alligned it anyway!
