My friend and I are heading down to San Antonio Raceway Friday for some more drag racing fun.

Hopefully, we'll get his car sorted and he can continue to drop his times closer to the 11s.

Anyone else that might want to go?

Well, we just found out that a family member of my friend passed away yesterday. Depending on when the Visitation and/or other funeral services are, we may not be able to make it.

If we go, we usually show up as close to 6-6:30 as possible to get as many runs in as we can.

I've posted this to the CZOT mailing list as well. There is at least one person from there interested in going.

 

Well, sadly, we will not be taking the Talon to the track Friday.

Matt's car has suffered some sort of clutch/transmission problem...the car will only go into gear when the car is off.

So, unfortunately, it looks like some work is ahead before our next trip to the track.
