Angry BOBMANFOO scammed me out of $1200

This guy owes me $1200. He "paid" me for my Track rims via Paypal instant transfer. The deal fell through, and he asked for reimbursement, only I had to send the reimbursement to his "brothers" Paypal account. Well, come to find out, he didn't have the funds to begin with, so I basically just paid this azzhole $1200 for nothing.

Don't deal with this guy.

Doesn't paypal suck? It seems like I'm always hearing about people being scammed and mentioning paypal. What's the deal?

My roomate sold a 19" LCD a while back for $550 or somthing, the guy who bought it used a stolen pay-pal account. Well Pay-pal didnt seen to notice this untill 3-4 months later, so after all this time has passed they just throw a -$550 on his account and tell him he ownes them the money. So 4months later AFTER the product has been sent out there going to tell him its his fault and he has to pay the money back b/c there security has been breeched? WTF kinda crap is that? Luckily he quoted there ToA and talked to a few people and was able to get the collection agency (they turned him ino one when took all linked accounts off his pay-pal) off his back. But if you look at there ToA it has changed, it use to say somthing to the effect of " you have 60 days to dispute your transaction" But they were comming after him 3-4 months later? Pay-pal can be real crooks, I have heard so many bad things about them recently it is sick, what sux is there is no real othere alternatives.

I had a problem with paypal once and since I had paypal tied to my credit card and not my bank account they actually suggested I try to dispute the charge with amex. So basicly those crooks at paypal were hopeing since it was such small amount that amex would just pay them and not bill me. I finally got them to pay but I would NEVER tie a bank account to paypal.

f2ck paypal www.paypalsucks.com

i am a big seller on ebay, i sold some s2000 seats for 900.00, this *** complains to paypal that there not as described, that it had a different pattern. I disputed the charge instead of having the dick send them back on his tap, I see a -900.00 on my account, i end up canceling that account and my bank account because paypal is linked. That **** got to keep my seats and his money, now im disputing it with credit vendors.

they have no seller protection, wanna know how to rip off someone selling something on ebay using paypal? O.K, look for brand new people, and used expensive items, but under 1000.00 (thats how much protection you get). File a complaint with paypal, example your buying a LCD TV, when you get it, tell paypal "you got shipped a busted TV" "the item was not as described" They will send the seller a email, of what he wants to do. O.k if he disputes it, he's screwed, they'll award you your money and YOUR are responsible to ship the TV back. If he clicks on "send the TV back for a refund" all you do is give them tracking numbers. Send the box back with a brick in it. Either way your screwed. This has happend to me before, bastards
