Default Anyone know how to mess with the HIDS?

I am trying to get more color in my cutoff... you can see a slight bit of blue in the cutoff my i want more, I was told that i have to move the sheild further away from the blub... i was wondering if anyone had done this before...

truthfully man, the only way to do that would be open up your headlights and bend the shield or put washers in. i would definitely be interested in helping you doing that. while the lights are open, we could also replace those 4 amber leds with white or whatever color you want.

sure thing man... i just dont look forward to going outside to clean my car in this freaking 60 deg weather... but im going to do it for the LOVE of my car... even though she is already pretty spotless... ahha

Someone on this site has done that before. I think he said it was very difficult to do because it isn't just plug and play bulbs in the cluster. They are sautered into the circuit board of the cluster. You will have to tear apart everything to do it and then you still have the orange radio and center stack guages to deal with. I would very much like to see this done and would be willing to pay $300-400 to have someone else do it for me.

yeah, and i'm pretty sure i was the guy who said that. i'm the only person that i know of to do the interior conversion. currently, my entire interior is red.
