I called it three because there was one at Tin Star before the last one and unfortunately I did not own a Z at that time but okay thats another story, well wait I was married driving a Titan, oh f-it....Post it up, this is it, I am gettin it started....The date is June 3....time and place to be decided...also I was thinking about getting some t's made, I can get a good deal on some so if everybody is interested post ideas and stuff early so we have time...I am thinking simple, base tee with a Z logo and something referencing Dallas, i don't know, help me out design people.....I am thinking we need at least twenty cars this time so let's get it out there and make this one as good if not better than the last, btw.....watering hole hopping in a line of Z's is FUQUIN BADAS% !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't creep the meeting spot up too far North. You'll alienate a lot of folks who live closer in. I never mind driving TO a meet. It's the drive home that sucks.

More visable is a great idea. Movie theatres are great, malls are good too.

Not to keep the meetup near me, but I've actually met with the Scion folks at the Grapevine Mills parking lot before. You get a lot of look-e-loos there and, so long as you pick a good corner away from the mall itself, there's usually plenty of parking next to one another.

Less traffic but a HUGE parking lot, there's a movie theatre that closed down in Valley Ranch. We'd have the lot all to ourselves and there's still quite a few drive by folks there. Hey, it's next to a Wal-Mart, of course there's traffic.

I'm sure I'll think of a couple more. That's all that comes to mind right now though.

 

Just so there's no confusion, my last post was regarding a caravan to the RiceKillers.com meet . I'll post something similar in the other thread.

IP: I agree... And I'm good with Grapevine, although it is a wee bit far. But that's cool. With GB going all the way West now it's actually not a bad drive, and not too much time spent on 635 with all the insane-asylum escapees.

There's a nice Hooters right there I believe. Went to a couple bike meets there. Mmm...Wings...

 

The Hooters is actually a little south of Grapevine Mills Mall. If you were on 635 you'd go South on 121 to where it splits into 121 and 114 to get to Hooter's. But the mall is actually a little North on 121.

That Hooter's actually has regular car shows. They're usually Camaro/Vette/Firebird/Mustang related though. Not a lot of imports.

 

hey pimp, how about something off of MacArthur.....that street gets alot of traffic...not sure where on it but definately north of 114....i am going spot hunting this weekend because like everybody the look-e-loos are nice and they add to the spectacle, also we could attract more Z's.....I like g-vine mills mall, that place is a mad house on the weekends but is a drive for the Mckinney boyz....

Yeah, that's not exactly north dallas to me. I would prefer something away from a mall parking lot or a high traffic interstate, but apparently we want complete strangers to see our cars?

But, that's nothing bad though. I wouldn't mind having random passing Z's stop by and check out what's going on. And if attention is what's wanted, then malls, theaters, highways, etc are perfect.

Back to what was said earlier, I think we should have a meet further up north this time, since we had one (and another tonight) down in Addison. We could switch it every time - further North, then down South, North, South, etc.

I would like to suggest Plano or Frisco for our next meet. JMO
