You can find it online at www.riata.com
PM me if you have q's.

As it stands right now i pay ~$240 a month for rent and bills at my place. But you know i have 3 other roomies soooooo.
Now, if you're looking for a house to stay in- i have a room I can rent to ya...

i'm also down for a club here in austin. Haven't looked into it much myself and I don't have any mods, but it still would be nice to meet some other z owners in town!
I stayed at 15450 FM 1325 (I can't remember the name of the apts., but they are between round rock and Austin on Mopac), and payed about $900 for a 1/1 with a 1 car garage. The apt. was nice and they were brand new at the time (3+ years ago). All in all, $1000 should get you a nice apt. with a garage. I have spent a lot of time in Manassas, VA, and I can tell you the cost of living is much less in TX. Austin is slightly more than most of the state, but still much less than most other large metro areas.
I think someone mentioned already, but a duplex may be a good thing to look into. When I moved to Austin I had a nice 2/2 with a 1 car garage in south Austin for $880. I thought that was a good deal with the fenced in back yard.
