My buddy's clear bra turned yellow and started peeling off the edges on his g35.
Could be the material... could be the installation.

I'm curious - why do you want remove it?

there are some hairline marks on them, maybe from old age? not sure.. it also turned yellow.. I would not do it again if I'm giving the choice. I rather repaint the bumper if there's problem.. it's not worth it, imo.

Clear Bra's do not last forever. The normal lifespan is about 5 years depending on the brand.

I agree: repainting > clear bar

My Buddy curbed and bent the snarf out of one of his wheels on his G35 and took it to Wheel Technologies off I-10 and the Beltway in west Houston ... We just went to pick it up during lunch and they did a good job from the looks of it ... could never tell his wheel was beat to hell ...

One of the most amazing things about it was he dropped his wheel off on Monday around 5 PM and it was ready the next day at noon ... They have a graveyard shift that comes in at night and has everything finished the following morning ... Super fast turnaround if you need your wheels fixed in a pinch ... Link below if anybody needs it

How much did it cost to fix the wheel? Do they have a flat rate or it varies?

His cost around $150 when it was all said and done .. I would imagine the higher price comes from them having to repaint his wheel ... OH damn i just remembered ... ***Addiing this portion to my earlier post*** One of the most amazing things about it was he dropped his wheel off on Monday around 5 PM and it was ready the next day at noon ... Anyone know of a good bodyshop to do some damage repair to my rear quarter panel? I swiped a concrete wall trying to avoid a Ram 2500 in my apt. complex's parking garage.

Someone here recommended Street Dreams, and I'm going to go by there for sure, but it never hurts to check out all your options. I think I saw a recommendation for Pinnacle too, but that was from a while back. Anyone have any recent experience with them?

+1 to Derek over at Street Dreams ... he fixed my rear passenger quarter panel, front bumper, rear bumper and passenger door (all from unrelated parking lot hit and runs) ... Everything came out sweet ...

Putting my Z back in his shop in the near future for a lip kit job and painted roof

Big ups to Derek and Manny at Street Dreams Unlimited. Those guys did great work where I effed up my rear quarter panel, and they went the extra mile dropping me off at the rental car place. I can't even tell that there was any work done. Awesome work that they do there.

And thanks again to Mike for recommending them.
