Default Austin dealer service departments?

So I go to my car this morning and notice an air bubble on the passenger side door handle just above where the handle pulls out, WTF? Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences at any of the service departments at the dealerships around Austin? I hope this will be covered by warranty.

Round Rock Nissan is where I take my car and I have received very good service there. I can't say the same for the dealership that I bought my car at down by Burnet and 183.

damn, i live waaaaaaaaay south and had a bad experince at the south one off of 35 near ben white. i had a good experience with my sales guy at the 183 one, but of course he no longer works there. haven't had any dealings with their service dept. though. wish someone on this site would take care of us like the CA guys have.

I have been using Round Rock Nissan for over six years and have been very pleased with their service. Jorg van Patten, Service Manager, is a highly experienced Nissan tech and manager, and is also very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Call or email Clint Collins, Service Advisor and he will do whatever is possible to fix the problem to your satisfaction. Email: ccollins@maxwellauto.com or 512.844.5647 (cell). He is much quicker to respond via email. Tell him the OLD guy in the 240SX sent you.
