You may want to try the search function, it may not be the greatest, but it should help you to figure out the Z. (or any problems or symptoms you may be experiencing.)

just alot of different little things for i guess i'll start with the VDC, do i really need it? I think it has been disconnected, i just purchased a 03 touring model, its been lowered and has rims 19...dont know if i should get it fixed, but i dont know if i would have to get a camber kit or different size rims or get the rear raised back up????? to get the vdc to work right...
well according to the manual dosent a light come on when u turn it off, well nothing happens when u push the vdc button!!! i havent driven the car on a track and really its gonna be my daily driver, but still i dont want to be going thru tires cuz of the set up and i dont want to be losing control when i do decide to runi it hard for no reason....i did run it somewhat hard once but it seem like it didnt have much tracition for some reason....

As far as the VDC light not coming on....either the light is burned out on the VDC or its not working all together. Do like davidf said or head to the dealer. Never had a problem with my VDC. I have an 03 Touring as well.

a button for VDC.
My understanding is that VDC is what kicks out the rear wheels around
the corners to reduce rollover and increase traction along with the TCS.
I think the models that do have VDC it is an automatic thing and can't
be turned on and off. Only the TCS is controllable.
Please tell me if I'm wrong!!

You are wrong.
Both VDC and TCS have a button to turn the system off. In Touring models, AT has TCS, MT has VDC.
TCS cuts engine output only. VDC does that in addition to applying the brakes individually to keep the car on it's intended path when slipage occurs.
I agree with the above statement that if the "VDC OFF" light does not come on when you hit the button, either the light is out or the button itself is faulty. Have you tried launching the car hard enough to spin the tires? That will tell you immediately whether or not VDC is working. If the system were malfunctioning, both the "VDC OFF" and "SLIP" lights would be on all the time.
Probably a good idea to check it out; VDC does indeed come in handy in foul weather conditions.
As for the tire sizes or lowered suspension having an effect, I doubt that is your case. The people that have that problem experience the VDC coming on and interfering with their driveing when it shouldn't. This is due to improper tire sizes.
