Bluebonnet Run from Austin
For those interested in going for a little Sunday (April 6, 2003) drive, we will be meeting up with the Z Club of Houston for their annual bluebonnet run.
Meet at Tres Amigos on Hwy 290 and 183 (our club meeting location) at 9:40am and plan to head out at approximately 10:00am. We'll be meeting up at Purcell's Country Style Buffet in Brenham (Hwy 290 and 36S across from the Super Wal Mart) for lunch.
If there is enough interest, there will be a stop at the Pleasant Hill Winery in Brenham after lunch.
From there, the planned route will take you through the following towns: Independance, Round Top, Warrenton, Fayettville, then La Grange. At La Grange, we will split off from the Houston group and head back to Austin via Hwy 71.
