Great experience with Courtesy Nissan in Richardson. Took my baby in for the tranny problem, and talked to one of the most helpful guys to date. He took my car in and is replacing the 6MT for free with no issues in 2 days! Just putting a good word out there for you Texas guys. This is the kind of service we should all expeirence IMO.

Did you catch his name by any chance?

I know this one service manager that works at Nissan who transferred from BMW . He was a great guy. Once he was gone, the service on the bimmer was just terrible.
