HI,
So i turned right on a red with out stopping completely and in the mail came a ticket from the arlington pd for 75 bucks....one of those intersection camera's.........i didnt even know it was there! ooppps!
it gives directions to pay online, but i was wondering if there is anything i can do to keep it off my record, etc..
does anyone have any traffic lawyers to contact here that handle these things?
I used to have a traffic lawyer in San Antonio that would make everything disappear, but he does me no good here...boo..

it doesnt go on the record because they cannot prove that it is you. i learned this crap from defensive driving. anybody could be driving you car so you are okay. youd probably be paying more trying to get a lawyer and stuff then to pay the ticket.
Jason, you should have drifted thru that intersection so they couldn't get a picture of your license plate sideways! lol
I'm not a lawyer or a cop but is this considered a moving violation? If not, then you shouldn't worry about it. And if you have time, go to your court hearing and have it dismissed then. Just tell them a friend borrowed your car then.

just pay the ticket, it doesnt go on your driving record, you dont have to do defensive driving or defferd. since a uniformed officer didnt stop you and it's not known for sure if you were driving the car, it doesnt fall under a moving violation for the owner of the vehicle.

There was a light in plano that did that all the time. Problem is on that red light camera all it can tell is that you got into the intersection... hence unless its a no right turn on red then they cant prove you didnt make a full stop - go get it dismissed.
