Wish I could keep modding my Z to notice a difference, but bills are kicking my a$$. I've had mine for a year and only have a K&N intake and TD exhaust. Next thing I wanna is the plenum spacer, also want some high flow cats but don't want a noisy Z...

WTF. What's your point? Don't do this to me, Travis.

I guarantee you that the best mod you can do is the driver mod. I have less mods than many people have performance wise, yet my time is better than 99.9999% of them (don't actually know of anybody with a better time with less mods other than HR owners) - now that's a good feeling.

The weather is always wrong. It won't rain. I'm still going.

I'm hoping it's wrong cause I'm not planning on backing out. In case it doesn't rain is everyone just gonna meet up there or cruise on the way there? I stay up in Plano so not to far apart...

Great! I see that we have some participants! I never get to have other Z owners there with me (very rare) - I'm excited!

Where do you guys live? I'm in McKinney.

In those rare occasions when there are other Z guys going with me, we meet up at Starbucks (Southwest corner of highway 75 and Campbell Rd -exit26) around 5:15pm.

So, let's get an official list of who's going...
1. 3 5 0 - Chris - DB 350Z
2.
3.

edit - I'll call the track tomorrow and confirm that it's open. I'll let you know via this thread after I call them around noon.

By time it's noon, most likely they will tell you that it is CLOSED! Since it is pouring this early morning. Ain't that a B****!

I swear to god that the TX weather f*cking blows ***. Hopefully the damn weather clears up soon. It's been raining since like 3 am. Out of all the f*cking days this week, it had to be today. I had everything prepared too. WTF.

BTW, the track usually reschedules the event for another day if the weather isn't good. Too bad I have to waste some other Friday to do this **** when I could've done it today. I really hope it stops raining by noon and stays that way until Sunday or something. The precipitation chance is only 40% at Ennis all day, so there's a good chance the track will stay open.

Have a safe trip, Travis.

Is it possible to sue the weather?

I called the track and they told me that they won't officially know until 4 PM today. So, I will call them at 4 again to see if they're open or not. If you want, PM me your number so I can text you the status of the track.

If and when we go, keep these things in mind:
-meet up at Starbucks (75 and Campbell Rd) by 5:15pm
-leave on or before 5:30pm
-wear long pants
-wear sneakers
-take out extra unnecessary weight from car
-bring $15 to race
-bring a map back to your house if you want to leave early (I leave late)

Hmm.. no responses. How did I guess nobody was going to show up?

The track's open, b1tches. I'll be there, but I'm not wasting my time stopping at Starbucks. Meet me there, if you want.
