DFW Dealer Advice??
I have an appontment to drop my car off to get some TSB work done this week. I live in the mid-cities area and I talked to Grubb's Nissan service dept.
I wish I lived in Dallas (for many reasons) because then I would just goto Courtesy Nissan, I know they have a great reputation...but that is hardly convienient for me.
Any advice? Anyone have any experience with or heard about Grubb's service department?!?!
I am getting "tire roar", "pulls to right", "window streak", and a clunking noise from front drivers side when steering/braking all fixed. I don't think there is much concensus about the clunk...and that is the one that worries me the most

I have experience with Grubbs Infiniti Parts Department. It is great, thank you very much. I'm in Tucson Arizona, but I have also talked to Grubbs Infiniti Service Reps, and they were very helpful. Overall I think it's one fine dealership, and wish we had one here like it.

Thanks guys! I feel 100% better now! I got lucky I guess...when I walked in, I went straight to Jeff to set up the appointment. I will go ahead and ask them to do the window streak too now I guess. I'll let you guys know in one week how everything has gone.
