Save yourself the money. It shouldn't take anymore than 30 minutes to install yourself. Trust me. It's simple.

Hey. If you do decide to do it yourself, I've got some black pop rivets I can send to you. I bought 50 when I put in my duct, so I kind of have a few left over. You'd need to get backer washers, but I'll give you the rivets.
Lemme know effn you wann'em.

 

definitely diy. don't pay money for something this easy.
