Shaddy, test pipes will make it quite a bit louder. They will stink if you're outside your car but it doesn't bother me and I've had them for a while now. They don't necessarily throw a cel. I have non fielded and have never thrown a code for my u2 sensors from the test pipes. Also custom exhausts are expensive. I spent $1400 on mine and apparently some of the good exhaust tubing is harder to cone by these days and can be even more expensive.

Let me know if you don't get any takers....Burleson is not that close to me so I will need to schedule some time specific so I can plan it out.

Mitch,

My car is down right now from a blown turbo, I hoping that is all. If you could trailer it to your place and do a leak down and comp check, you can use my car for whatever you need. Another shop has had my car for 4 weeks and has not touched it. Mainly due to big builds taking most of there time. I am about 60 miles out as well.

Let me know.
Jeremiah

Thanks for the offer you guys. Jeremiah I don't have a trailer to go and pick you up but if you have AAA or can have it towed out this way I can certainly do a compression/leak down for you.

Fithamoto...if Jeremiah can't make his way this way...please let me know when you may be able to have time to make it this way. If not no biggie.

Thanks again.

Mitch, I'll see what I can do in the next day or two about getting my car down there to you. I'll let you know something asap.

Alright guys I got over my muffler delete and put on my borla muffler after polishing it and it looks nice! But that's not what an exhaust is for. I miss the loudness and roar of the car. I found a topspeed pro-1 exhaust for sale locally, and it's the 2.5" version. I understand this thing is pretty damn loud from what I've heard. Does anybody have any personal views on it?

I had the topspeed exhaust on my 370, and in my opinion there are better options out there. If anything, buy a used system with nice mufflers and have the piping re-done. I blew the packing out of my top speed muffler in 12k miles.
