Pantego is a city within a city. It is it's own little town virtually "inside" of Arlington. It's a place that is known for d-bag cops. You want to make sure your car is legit and you follow all traffic laws while driving through there.

Picking it up when my trailer is finished being built. End of next week, or Monday the 13th.
I'm bringing a 150lb rabid pit bull, and if he smells that anyone's been in the driver's seat, I'll have to unleash him.
I haven't fed him in a week either.

after seeing these comments I checked it out, apparently their primary source of revenue are traffic tickets so thx for the heads up guys.
On a side not I sourced a GTO drop out of an '05 with 56k on it without shipping he wants $5900. The guy advertising said it was for engine. When I spoke with him he said it is the 6 speed, not auto and has the "56" I said "oh ok do you know the weight and how to frieght ship" he said its maybe 650-700lbs total for the engine and tranny. Does that sound about right? I'm thinking he is ready to send it. I just need to give him a call today and send payment.
I'll need to pickup a beater but that will be a few months so at least I will have the motor and can start work on it
Anyway you guys under a Z pm me, I'd like to see what you guys are up to and help out

A 2005 gto makes it an ls1 even with the t56 trans that seems like quite a bit. I've seen an ls1 with a t56 all accessories, ecus's and harness go for sub 4k, some for under 3k. You should be passing on that with the quickness.

Ya that seems like alot for that setup. Keep looking and try to be patient. You'll score a good setup for alot cheaper.
edit: You should be able to find something local or relatively close I would think.
