Ewww.....Yikes ! sorry to hear that you took it in the rear.
Was the damage bad ?
---------------------
On another note....I got to drive a Vette for the first time.
I loved the raw power of the LS3 6.2L V8....man that thing was nice !
The six speed was actually very easy to drive in traffic with the clutch, and the heads up display was cool but I would need to get used to it.
All in all, it definitely changed my mind about a Corvette.....I might have to start looking for one. Only I would want a Z06.

Chris-
I had a corvette and it was a very fun car. It is a totally different ball game than the z though, they feel inspiring but once you really start pushing them they dont really give you confidence. They are very nice in the power department though.
For some reason I am partial to c5 z0's. You can pick one up for 15k with decent miles, and put 5k in it and have a beast.

Seriously I hate all the Uninsured drivers out there on the roads....How do these Fuggers get their registrations & inspections done if they don't have any insurance ?
Hal, you should have called for the Police to come and tow his car or ticket him at the least ! That's BS.

Do you have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage on your policy? That would cover it without putting a hit against your insurance. However, if it's merely scuffs and scrapes you're better off paying out of pocket to paint depending on your deductible.

Or make him pay. You shouldn't have to fix it yourself.
Although that may be easier said than done.

Laws are up to the officer for enforcement. A prime example of this is my friend got out of a dwi by having me pick her up. If you need a lawyer hit me up.
