I meant to say bearings - the rear bearings are shot in teh scoobydoo - not the bushings - :P

i think you can put your car up on jackstands and then jack that part of the suspension up and replace the endlink and setit up -- i have jackstands and i'm not afraid - and i have a jack or two but i am in plano lol

That's halfway correct. You really want the car to be sitting just like it would be on the ground, and by jacking up one wheel at a time to simulate that wouldn't be accurate. It would load one side, but not the other. I'm just going to have to build something.

How much is that? Let us know how that goes. I want to do this mod as well, but haven't pulled the trigger on it.

doesn't their picture of that kit represent a VQ? i thought the HR had different intake? or did they retrofit a vq intake onto an hr for turbo reasons?

Better start saving now. Once you start with boost it won't end. 5500 is on the low side. Be prepared to spend a few grand more than that

Less than half a mile ROUND trip? I knew you said it was right there close, but damn. I would be walking to and from work. Unless of course it was raining or snowing.
