The front bumper is way too low for you to not jack up the car. You don't need jack stands however. Just jack one side with a scissor jack (unsafe, but it's a quick job) or a jack. Loosen up the front bolts on the engine splash guard and the rest is real easy.

How long do those belts last for ? In general.....before you have to replace them ?

Just replace them when you see sign of wear, such as cracking. The interval, as set by Nissan, is 30,000 miles, though. I did mine much later at just around 60K, I think.
