Ya I did'nt really think about that but all it would've done is keep me ion my crappy job anyways. I've already been offered two positions with former employers and I just completed an online application for another position at a local shop that is only 4 miles from my house and I hava a few friends that work there and have already talked to their boss about me. That's not a guarentee that I'll get the job there but it is promising since I have an in with my friends being employed there. I've been toying with the idea of getting a new job recently anyways due to the lack of pay with my now former company and the shiet that I was having to deal with there over the last couple of months.
you can still file a complaint, the state will investigate them and be up their butt... trust me i did it to another job for unpaid wages.... then of course they disputed, and then i disputed that.... went back and forth for almost a year... i was happy to be a thorn in their side for that long... fuggers

I've got a thousand other things going on in my life to be more concerned with than being a pain in the **** to a company that I no longer work for. Although, as comforting as that would be, I just don't care enough to deal with that on top of all the other crap I have to deal with right now. Just seems too much of a hassle I guess.
LOL mike. I would have really thought twice before quitting a job before getting another one unless the boss was just gang banging you that is not a hot female. There's just no way I would quit unless I had another job guaranteed lined up already. It's tough out there now days.

Q speaks the truth !
Definitely hard out there to find anything decent. I'm not talking about a $8.00-$10.00 or maybe if your lucky a $15.00 per hour job.
It's harder out there to find a good decent Salary paying job.
I wish I could just retire already....$hiet I've been working longer than some of you guys have been alive.
