Removing the lines as well. That stinks. I plan on painting my calipers, could do them on the car I just rather have them all off.

You're going to have to bleed them if you remove the lines. I got a metal hanger and bent it in a way to let the caliper hang by the hanger which was attached to the upper control arm. I then tapped everything off extremely well then tapped newspaper everywhere to avoid overspray! Much easier then bleeding the brakes. As for the rear just find something to attach the hanger on.

na....no point, its for gas savings...duh....look around --fml---with the VQ40 xterra, and the VK56 Titan, then the Z, hell the car pays for itself in gas alone..no lie!!

It's an SL fully loaded, nav, tech package...

I hear ya on that! Well at least it's a loaded SL. I think Nissan did a great job on the Altima's redesign.

I agree the new redesign of the Altima is really attractive. Congrats and welcome to the Nissan family for the 100th time J! Truely royal to the Nissan familia.

so tony from Motordyne emailed me back saying they would replace the muffler under warranty if i wanted them to, even after i told him that i drug it a couple times and hit something on the highway. genuine good guy that stands behind his stuff... btw, had it welded and could care less about swapping it out unless it happens again...

Alright, I was a little skeptical about ONR wash but I must admit I am pretty impressed. I'll have to snap a picture in the tomorrow. Certainly easier to wash without rinsing.

Well I already have an array of micro fiber towels. I just followed the directions and used 1oz of solution per 2 gal of water. I washed with a micro fiber hand mitt. Didn't use 2 buckets or a grit guard. It turned out great!

I also worked on my Z and installed those Tein Basis Coils over at Jack Junkies. That place is amazing!!! For $20 I could use ANY tool or equipment in the Entire shop! I'm going back this weekend to install sways, jwt clutch/flywheel, pads and do some fluid changes. They take care of fluid disposal and used parts.

Is that $20/hour? If they were closer I'd definitely be tempted to pay a little to make the job easier. The fluid disposal is nice as well, I have used bottles of ATF and oil and filters in the garage still...

I do like having a garage to myself though where I can play music and not worry about anyone watching me or messing something up.

To use the tools and any equipment was $20 for the entire time that you're there!!! Then the bay/lift rental is $20 a hour.

As far as the shop goes, it's spotless, everything is extremely organized. They have outlets and a work table at each bay so if you wanted to plug in speakers and stream music using their wifi you can. They also have large LED Tv's at every other bay mounted on the wall.

As far as interaction with other people. They are just as busy working on their car. I did strike up a conversation with the guy next to working on a CX-7. Everyone is very friendly.

looks good sir. the grit guards go at the bottle of the bucket since all the crap settles there, after you wash and the mitt is dirty you rub it across the guard to get all the crap out of the mitt in the rinse bucket...so that is the bucket that gets all the dirt in it so you dont introduce it to the wash bucket. i used the onr wash and wax on mine this weekend... it makes it even slicker than the other onr
