well i emailed zspeed about the play, he said it needs to be adjusted and he can walk me through it over the phone... and it specifically says on website that it has to be adjusted after install, and i bet since it is aftermarket the shop isnt used to them having adjustments

Total win Travis. Maybe mine is an adjustment issue too and not air in the line.

Big thanks to Chris F. for coming over to help install the new shocks.

It was hot a muggy but we had them on the car in a couple of hours.

So far I love the ride. With them set as recommend, the ride is nicer than the old setup and we where driving around on the RS3's. First race tomorrow, will see how things go.

Of course I forgot to weight them but the fronts could be close to half the weight of the Koni Eibachs package.
Ride height is supper easy to change in the fronts, The rears are going to need a thrust washer between the adjuster and the spring. The back was tough to move.

See ya all Saturday

Scott, It was no problem to come and help you out.

I'm glad everything went smooth and easy....except for the adjustment of the rear height adjustments....those were a ***** !

Congrats for the win on the AutoX this past Sat...you were driving great as always.

If you like to work on your own car there's actually a guy in the DFW metro that rents out the rollers.

I got to thinking after Patrick was rear ended.... how would rolling your fenders affect a body shop repairing the rear quarter....

Ya passenger side rear quarter panel crumpled a bit. Found it a couple days after the accident and the insurance knows about it thankfully.

hey, i am tired of this sitting in my garage, anyone want it, free just come get it. it is the malm king size bed frame with the curved slats so you dont need a box spring. it sits really low to the ground and can be shin killer.... if nobody wants it, i am going to toss it

Travis - let me know if Chris doesn't take the bed. I have a buddy at work looking for a bed frame.
