Thanks, Chris. It was a pretty fun course, and slightly longer than our usual Dallas Raceway course. SCCA's definitely using Dallas Raceway again. I did hear that other clubs are trying to reserve the lot as well.

Nice! Glad that issue was resolved. Hopefully this one doesn't have any issues.

Aren't SCCA events expensive ?

And how many runs do you get during the day ?

$40 for non-members, $30 for members. You can go as many/little times as you want without being a member. Membership is $85 in Texas Region. You get discount codes each time you go as a non-member and you can apply up to 2 discount codes to get $15 off toward your membership each ($30 total savings). It's a bit cheaper if you get a 2 year membership and even more so if you get 3 year. There's other discount codes you can get from existing members, too, apparently.

They've been giving 5 runs lately and have a split timer in the middle so you can see how fast you are in the 1st half and 2nd half separately, which is pretty cool. There's also no cap on the number of entrants so the number of heats vary from 3-4. Either way, you run 1 heat, work 1 heat, and then rest during the remaining heats.

So you get 5 runs, switch heats/work, and then your done...unless you want to run some more after the other heats have run ?

FYI.....on another subject.

Wondering if anyone has a set of stock size tires available. Prefer maybe 50% tread. Even a pair of rears alone would help right now.

255-40-18 and 235-40-18

OR

245-45-18 and 225-45-18

Chris I would totally buy your bike if the timing was right, but it's not in the cards right now. It's definitely a nice bike in great condition. Good luck.

Note to self, putting on a nicotine patch right before you go to bed will effffff your sleep up and give you some crazy fuggin dreams. Quitting sucks. I'm so tired right now.

That sucks Travis.

Thanks for the offer Chris. I just paid off the Z a couple weeks ago so the last thing I need to do is take on another payment.

Wasn't the axle click. Jake had a look at it. We also thought we fixed a noise from the clutch fork but it is back as of yesterday. Ug. Just greased it.

Only need the 225-45-18 or 235-40-18 now. Pair.

No one?

The craziest part is there were no posts in 5 days between yours. You had a whole Mexican vacation and didn't miss a single lounge post.
