Time for a new bumper!

On my way home from work I hit a Semi truck tire. The car in front of me was an SUV and for some reason they didnt see the GIANT Tire in the road. Well they ran over it and guess who was behind them? I didn't have time to dodge it so I just winced and bit my lip as I hit it. It was actually the tread of a semi tire and not the whole tire itself.

Well my bumper is done. I think it also damaged my fan, I noticed a connecter loose. I'm taking off the bumper to inspect if the damage is anything more than just the bumper :crossfingers:

Aftermarket?

Alright Pat, i'm glad you got the tranny in and everything is working good.
Maybe you can do the next AX with us.

How long did the tranny take to pull out and install ?

Need new lug nuts as some of mine stripped out, thanks to the dealer using an impact gun I'm sure. Lesson learned there.

Anyone happen to have Kics R40 that they want to sell? One vendor on here had them for a decent price but now I haven't heard back, so I thought I'd check local.

I got these but 40 bucks cheaper.. And the neochrome are 38 bucks EXTRA!? wtf... Hell no - 50 bucks each set...free shipping...I dont mind buying separate locks now that Im seeing all these prices from vendors..$50 for a set of 20 lugs and 40 bucks for the locks.. Its cheaper than the spline ones with NO locks...

I like the Kics ones because they are made of steel, and have a separate aluminum mating surface that doesn't rotate as you tighten them. The Rays ones I have now always felt soft, and I believe were aluminum.

Stu,

I see you've mentioned the R40, but if you're interested in the R26 I have a brand new set that I can't use. I installed the ARP extended wheel studs and the locking lug key is too short to fit over them. Therefore, I will have them up for sale soon. Text me if you're interested.

I had considered those. My only worry is that my current ones are 30mm, and are fairly sunk into the rear wheels, so 26mm would be a tad worse. I'd probably have to make sure I didn't have fitment issues like you do, but I don't think my lugs would stick out far enough since I have closed end lugs now.

The 26 and the 40 in the names refer to the length I'm assuming, although I don't know this for sure. I'll shoot you a text tomorrow in case you don't see this.

Just moved to Dallas and I think I have a bad starter or alternator.
What's a good shop either near south McKinney to university park/ south Richardson I can get it tested and replaced.

Just got back this afternoon.

How do you like those lug nuts? They seem nice, but someone told me they are not as good quality. They are steel though, which is good.
